These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of ElClasicoTrips.com and your interactions with El Clásico Trips, Inc. (“El Clásico Trips,” “ECT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using our website, submitting an inquiry, requesting travel services, making a reservation, or purchasing services from El Clásico Trips, you agree to these Terms together with any booking-specific terms, disclosures, cancellation policies, supplier terms, payment agreements, or other written conditions provided to you in connection with your reservation.
Please read these Terms carefully before making a purchase.
1. About El Clásico Trips
El Clásico Trips, Inc. is a California-based travel company specializing in concierge travel experiences built around El Clásico — Real Madrid vs FC Barcelona.
Our services may include combinations of:
Air transportation
Hotel accommodations
Match tickets
Airport transfers and ground transportation
Guided tours and experiences
Stadium or club experiences
Trip extensions
Concierge and hospitality support
Other travel-related services described in your package or booking confirmation
El Clásico Trips is based in Pasadena, California, USA and serves travelers from the United States and around the world.

2. No Affiliation With Clubs or Football Governing Bodies
Unless expressly stated otherwise, El Clásico Trips is an independent travel company and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or an official representative of:

UEFA
FIFA
Any stadium, football federation, league, or governing body
Club names, competition names, stadium names, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property belong to their respective owners.
References to these organizations are used to identify the matches, destinations, attractions, and travel experiences associated with our services.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and current.

4. El Clásico Match Dates and Kickoff Times
Football match schedules are controlled by the applicable league, clubs, broadcasters, governing bodies, and other third parties.
Published dates may be changed after a trip is booked.
Kickoff times may not be announced until closer to matchday and may also change.
El Clásico Trips does not control:
Match scheduling
Kickoff times
Broadcast scheduling
Competition changes
Stadium operating decisions
League or club decisions
When a scheduling change affects an ECT trip, we will make reasonable efforts to adjust the itinerary and help travelers understand the available options.
Any resulting changes involving airfare, hotels, tickets, transportation, or other suppliers remain subject to the terms, availability, and restrictions of those suppliers.
5. Packages and Inclusions
The current FAN and GOLD packages and their inclusions are described on the applicable El Clásico Trips package page and in the traveler’s booking documentation.
Unless otherwise stated:
Package pricing is per person.
Standard package pricing is based on double occupancy.
Single-occupancy supplements may apply.
Package inclusions are limited to those specifically identified in the applicable package or booking confirmation.
Optional upgrades, extensions, additional nights, premium seating, hospitality, or other enhancements may involve additional charges.
ECT reserves the right, when reasonably necessary because of availability, operating conditions, supplier changes, or circumstances outside our control, to substitute hotels, transportation providers, tours, or other components with reasonably comparable alternatives.
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the overall quality and character of the purchased experience.
6. Pricing
We strive to provide clear pricing and avoid unexpected mandatory charges.
The price presented for an ECT travel package will include the required components and charges identified as included in that package.
Optional items may cost extra, including, depending on the reservation:
Seating upgrades
Hospitality upgrades
Additional hotel nights
Trip extensions
Optional tours or experiences
Airline seat-selection fees
Airline upgrades
Changes requested after ticketing
Other optional services selected by the traveler
Any additional charge will be disclosed before the traveler agrees to purchase the optional item.
Pricing may change before a reservation is confirmed.
Once ECT confirms a reservation in writing and receives the required payment, the applicable booking documents will govern the amount owed.
7. Reservations
Submitting an inquiry or website form does not by itself create a confirmed reservation.
A reservation is considered confirmed only after:
El Clásico Trips accepts the reservation;
The traveler agrees to the applicable booking terms;
The required deposit or payment has been received; and
ECT provides written confirmation of the reservation.
Availability may change until these steps are completed.
Travelers are responsible for reviewing all booking documents promptly and notifying us immediately of errors or questions.
8. Traveler Information
Travelers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information required to arrange their trip.
This may include:
Legal name
Date of birth
Passport information
Nationality
Contact information
Departure airport
Traveler preferences
Other information required by an airline, hotel, ticket provider, government authority, or travel supplier
Names provided for airline reservations must match the traveler’s valid travel documents.
Costs resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or late information supplied by a traveler may be the traveler’s responsibility.
9. Passports, Visas, and Entry Requirements
Each traveler is responsible for ensuring that they possess the documents legally required for travel, including, when applicable:
A valid passport
Visa or travel authorization
Entry documentation
Transit documentation
Any other government-required documentation
International travel requirements can change.
ECT may provide general information as a courtesy, but travelers remain responsible for verifying current requirements that apply to their nationality, itinerary, and personal circumstances.
Failure to obtain required documentation does not automatically entitle a traveler to a refund.
10. Air Transportation
When airfare is included in a package, flights are subject to:
Airline schedules
Availability
Fare rules
Baggage policies
Seat-selection policies
Carrier conditions of carriage
Government and airport regulations
Airline schedules can change after ticketing.
Seat assignments are controlled by the airline and may involve additional charges depending on the carrier and fare.
Baggage allowances are governed by the confirmed airline and itinerary.
Once airfare is issued, airline cancellation and change restrictions may apply.
11. Hotels
ECT selects accommodations based on factors such as:
Quality
Location
Comfort
Availability
Suitability for the itinerary
Specific hotels may not always be confirmed at the time a traveler first reserves.
If a confirmed property becomes unavailable or circumstances require a change, ECT may substitute a reasonably comparable accommodation.
Hotel policies, including check-in times, identification requirements, incidental deposits, and property rules, remain subject to the individual hotel.
Personal expenses and hotel incidentals not specifically included in the package are the traveler’s responsibility.
12. Match Tickets
When an El Clásico match ticket is included in a package, ECT will provide the seating category specified in the applicable package or written booking confirmation.
ECT sources tickets through trusted providers and coordinates ticket delivery and matchday information with travelers.
Ticket allocations and exact seat assignments may not be available until close to matchday.
Ticket use is subject to applicable stadium, club, issuer, league, security, and event rules.
Travelers must comply with all venue requirements.
Ticket upgrades, hospitality options, or different seating categories may be offered when available and may require additional payment.
Ticket-only purchases, when offered, may be subject to separate purchase and cancellation terms provided at the time of sale.
13. Seating Requests and Groups
ECT will make reasonable efforts to accommodate seating requests consistent with the category purchased and available inventory.
Unless specifically guaranteed in writing, exact:
Seat numbers
Rows
Sections
Views
Group configurations
cannot be promised in advance.
Large groups may be seated in smaller clusters depending on available inventory.
Any seating commitment specifically stated in a traveler’s written booking documentation will control over general website information.
14. Tours, Stadium Experiences, and Activities
Tours, attractions, stadium experiences, and other activities may be affected by:
Venue operations
Construction
Match schedules
Security requirements
Local conditions
Weather
Supplier availability
Special events
Specific areas within a stadium or attraction may open or close without notice.
ECT may reasonably modify the timing, order, or content of an activity when necessary while attempting to preserve the overall nature and value of the experience.
15. Airport Transfers and Transportation
Transportation included with a package will be provided as described in the applicable itinerary or booking confirmation.
Travelers are responsible for providing accurate arrival and departure information.
Delays caused by airlines, immigration, baggage, weather, traffic, or other circumstances outside ECT’s control may affect transfer arrangements.
Travelers should promptly notify ECT of material changes to their travel schedule.
16. ECT Payment Plan
When available, the El Clásico Trips Payment Plan allows travelers to make payments directly to ECT over the period available before their trip.
The ECT Payment Plan:
Does not charge interest
Does not include an ECT payment-plan service fee
Is separate from third-party financing
The payment schedule and amounts will depend on the reservation and the time remaining before travel.
Cancellation and refund rights are governed by the applicable Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy and reservation-specific terms.
17. Third-Party Financing
ECT may provide access to financing through Home Acceptance Corporation & Affiliates or another third-party financing provider.
Third-party financing is separate from the ECT Payment Plan.
Financing may involve:
Credit approval
Interest
Financing charges
State eligibility requirements
Separate contracts
Additional terms established by the financing provider
ECT does not determine a lender’s credit decision, interest rate, repayment schedule, or financing terms.
Travelers should review the lender’s disclosures and agreement carefully before accepting financing.
18. Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors.
By submitting payment, the traveler authorizes the applicable amount to be processed according to the agreed booking terms.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring that payment information is accurate and that payments are made when due.
Failure to make required payments may result in cancellation of a reservation in accordance with the applicable booking terms.
19. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund rights are governed by the separate El Clásico Trips Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy, together with any reservation-specific terms and applicable supplier conditions.
Travelers should review those terms before making payment.
Where ECT provides a written cancellation or refund term specific to a reservation, that term forms part of the booking agreement.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any refund or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
20. Travel Insurance
El Clásico Trips does not currently sell travel insurance.
We strongly recommend that travelers consider purchasing appropriate travel insurance independently to help protect against unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, delays, baggage issues, or other covered events.
Coverage varies significantly by provider and policy.
Travelers should carefully review the terms, exclusions, limits, and effective dates of any policy they purchase.
21. Traveler Conduct
Travelers are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and comply with:
Laws and regulations
Airline rules
Hotel policies
Stadium rules
Ticket conditions
Tour and transportation requirements
Security instructions
Reasonable directions from suppliers and ECT staff
ECT may take reasonable steps when traveler behavior creates a safety concern, materially disrupts the trip, violates supplier rules, or interferes with other travelers.
ECT is not responsible for costs or losses resulting from a traveler’s unlawful conduct or violation of supplier or venue rules.
22. Alcohol and Personal Conduct
Travelers are responsible for their own conduct and decisions regarding alcohol or other lawful activities during the trip.
ECT is not responsible for injuries, penalties, missed transportation, venue refusal, or other consequences arising from intoxication, unlawful behavior, or failure to follow local laws and supplier rules.
23. Third-Party Travel Suppliers
ECT coordinates travel services provided by independent third parties, which may include:
Airlines
Hotels
Ticket providers
Transportation companies
Tour operators
Attractions
Restaurants
Stadium operators
Other travel-service providers
These businesses are independent suppliers and are not employees of El Clásico Trips.
Their services may be subject to separate terms, conditions, policies, and limitations.
ECT will make reasonable efforts to assist travelers when supplier-related problems arise, but we do not control the day-to-day operations of independent suppliers.
24. Events Beyond Reasonable Control
Travel can be affected by events outside the reasonable control of ECT or its suppliers, including:
Severe weather
Natural disasters
War
Terrorism
Civil unrest
Government actions
Public-health emergencies
Strikes
Transportation disruptions
Airport closures
Security incidents
Utility failures
Stadium closures
League or club decisions
Match postponement or cancellation
Supplier insolvency
Other unforeseen events
When such circumstances occur, ECT will make reasonable efforts to assist travelers and preserve the trip where practical.
Refunds, credits, substitutions, or changes may depend on amounts recoverable from the applicable suppliers and on rights available under applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
25. Website Use
You may use ElClasicoTrips.com for lawful personal and informational purposes.
You may not:
Attempt to damage or interfere with the website
Circumvent website security
Introduce malicious software
Scrape or systematically copy protected content without permission
Use ECT content to impersonate the company
Misrepresent affiliation with ECT
Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activity

ECT does not guarantee that every traveler will have identical results, seating, itinerary experiences, or personal impressions.

31. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ECT will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from circumstances outside ECT’s reasonable control.
ECT does not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate liability for ECT’s own fraud, willful misconduct, material misrepresentation, or other liability that cannot legally be waived.
32. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
Your unlawful conduct

Your violation of venue or supplier rules
