Q: Is El Clásico Trips a legitimate company?
Yes. El Clásico Trips is a U.S.-based company, incorporated in California and governed by U.S. and state law. We’ve been organizing El Clásico experiences for years with hundreds of satisfied travelers. Check our testimonials to see client stories.

2. About the Clásico

Q: When is the next El Clásico?
For the 2025/26 season, the first Clásico is on October 25, 2025 in Madrid and the second is on May 26, 2026 in Barcelona.

Q: What is the trip like?
There is nothing like watching the two biggest clubs in La Liga face off in one of the greatest rivalries of all time. Guests describe it as unforgettable — combining world-class fútbol with curated travel experiences. See our photos and testimonials to get a feel for it.

3. Payments

Q: How do payments work?
We offer two options:

  • Payment Plans: Divide your trip into monthly payments (no fees, no interest, refundable until airfare is issued).

  • Financing: Extended terms (up to 24 months) through our U.S. partner, Home Acceptance Corporation (available in select states).

Q: Is the trip refundable?
Yes. All deposits and payments are 100% refundable until airfare is issued. Flights are only booked after you approve your itinerary in writing. Once airfare is issued, standard airline policies apply.

Q: What payment methods are accepted?
Credit card, debit card, Zelle, or secure payment link.

4. Package Details

Q: What’s included in the packages?
Both FAN and GOLD packages include:

  • Game tickets

  • Centrally located hotels

  • Airport transfers

  • Concierge support

Gold packages also include premium seating and VIP upgrades.

Q: How are package prices calculated?
Prices are per person and include taxes. All rooms are double occupancy. Solo travelers are paired with another guest unless they prefer a single room upgrade (available for an additional fee).

Q: Can I extend my trip?
Yes. We can customize your itinerary if you’d like to stay longer in Spain or add other European destinations. Occasionally, we may also add a Champions League match depending on the calendar.

5. Hotels

Q: What hotels do you use?
We work with vetted 4★ and 5★ hotels in prime areas of Madrid and Barcelona. We don’t book airport hotels or low-cost options — we choose locations we would stay in with our own family.

6. Flights & Travel

Q: Will someone from El Clásico Trips accompany us?
Yes. You’ll have access to our on-site hospitality staff & concierge services throughout your stay.

Q: How does airplane seat selection work?
Once your itinerary is approved and ticketed, you can:

  • Select a seat early for a small airline fee.

  • Or wait until check-in (24 hours before departure) to select for free.

Q: What is the luggage allowance?
Your ticket includes:

  • One checked bag (up to 50 lbs, 27"x21"x14")

  • One carry-on (22"x14"x9") — no weight restriction, just don’t overstuff.

7. El Clásico Experience

Q: Are tickets guaranteed?
Yes. We’ve worked with the same trusted providers since our beginning, and no client has ever had a ticket issue. In fact, many travelers have been surprised with upgrades.

Q: Can I upgrade my stadium seat?
Yes. We take preferences seriously and do our best to accommodate them within your package category. If you’d like to secure a premium upgrade (VIP, hospitality, or category change), we can arrange it for an additional fee.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Q: What if I can’t go anymore?
If you cancel before airfare is issued, your payments are fully refunded. After airfare is confirmed, refunds depend on airline/hotel policies — we handle these case by case.

Q: What if the match is rescheduled?
If El Clásico is rescheduled, we work with you to rebook your trip. If the new dates don’t work, we help adjust your itinerary or discuss alternatives.

9. Booking Process

Q: How do I book?
Booking is simple:

  1. Choose FAN or GOLD package.

  2. Sign electronically via DocuSign.

  3. Secure your spot with a refundable deposit.

Q: How do I purchase my trip package?
Once you’re ready, email info@elclasicotrips.com or call 1-800-870-7041. We’ll send you a secure DocuSign authorization form to finalize your booking.

10. Travel Insurance

Q: Do you offer travel insurance?
Yes. We partner with Orange Assist for optional travel insurance, covering trip cancellation, baggage, and medical.
