Is your company licensed or insured?
Yes, and we work only with vetted ticket providers, licensed tour guides, and insured partners. From transportation to hotel bookings, we’ve built every relationship to match the standards we’d expect for our own family.

What payment options do you offer?
We offer two flexible ways to book your trip:
Our Layaway Plan: Starting at just $200/month. 100% refundable before airfare is issued. No interest or fees.
Travel Financing: Through a licensed third-party bank. Payment terms range up to 24 months (approval required). Availability depends on your state of residence.
You can also pay in full with no penalty, or use Zelle, Venmo, bank wire, or credit card.
✈️ TRAVEL DETAILS
Does the package include airfare?
Yes. Our standard packages include round-trip economy class airfare from major U.S. airports, plus checked baggage. You’ll receive flight options before anything is booked.
What if I want to book my own flight?
That’s totally fine. We offer a “Land Only” package, where we deduct the flight cost and provide the full experience on the ground.
Can I travel with someone on a different flight?
Yes. If you're flying from different cities or arriving on different dates, we’ll coordinate your transfers so you arrive at the hotel with the group.
🔄 REFUND POLICY
Are deposits and payments refundable?
Yes. All layaway and scheduled payments are 100% refundable until flights are booked in your name — and only after you approve the flight itinerary. If you’re financing the trip, refunds follow the terms set by the financing institution.

What hotels do you use?
We stay at premium 4+ star properties in the best areas of Madrid and Barcelona — no more than a 20-minute walk to major attractions. The exact hotel depends on group size and availability.
We live by one simple rule: we never recommend a hotel we wouldn’t stay in ourselves. Every hotel, restaurant, and service we offer is one we’ve personally experienced as world travelers and as a family.
Can I pick my hotel?
Our standard packages are group-based, so hotel selection is fixed. But if you want a specific property or an upgrade, we can quote it for you — just ask.
⚽ EL CLÁSICO EXPERIENCE
What seats do we get at the game?
We include excellent mid-level or upper sideline seats. You can upgrade to lower sideline or VIP categories for an added fee. All ticket categories are explained before you confirm.
Is the group seated together?
Yes, we always block group seats together — unless you’ve selected a special VIP upgrade.
